Chef Wande holds a Bachelors degree and in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Public Health. Her decision to study Nutrition and Dietetics is the result of a long battle with obesity.
Through discipline, consistency, and a new found knowledge of cooking and healthy eating Wanakins was able to lose 100lbs. Cooking at home not only enabled her to control her calories but help her develop and perfect her cooking skills.
